Terms of Service

• "We", "us", "our" – 6b6t and its operators.
• "Services" – all Minecraft servers, websites, shops, Discord servers, communities, social media channels and related services we operate, including (but not limited to) the domains and services listed in Section 2.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" – any person accessing or using the Services.

These Terms apply to all Services we operate, including our Minecraft servers and websites available under the following domains and all their subdomains:

By accessing any of these Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age required by your local law to enter into online agreements without parental consent, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

Content or behaviour that puts minors in danger, especially any explicit or illegal content involving minors, is strictly prohibited.

6b6t is an anarchy Minecraft server network. This means that most in-game behaviour is allowed, including:

• cheating and hacked clients,
• spamming,
• griefing and raiding.

However, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from our Services and other consequences:

• DDoS attacks or attempts to disrupt connectivity of the server, infrastructure or other players,
• doxxing (sharing sensitive personal information about others without their consent),
• any illegal content involving minors or actions that put minors in danger.

Within these limits, we aim to keep in-game and community speech as free as reasonably possible.

We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict access to users whose behaviour makes the Services unusable for others or clearly violates these rules.

Our Discord server at https://discord.6b6t.org has its own rules, which are available inside the Discord server.

By joining and using our Discord server, you agree to follow those rules in addition to these Terms. Breaking the Discord rules can result in:

• removal from the Discord server, and
• removal of any Discord-related benefits or roles, including benefits connected to paid ranks or purchases.

If you wish to keep your Discord rank benefits, you agree not to break the Discord rules. Losing access to the Discord server or Discord-related benefits for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Minecraft account, website account and any other credentials used to access our Services.

All actions taken through your accounts are considered your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed them. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should secure it and contact us as soon as possible.

Our shop is available at https://www.6b6t.org/shop and is used to purchase digital items such as ranks.

• Please read that policy carefully before making a purchase.

Rank transfers

• If you bought a rank for yourself, you can request a transfer within 30 days from the moment of purchase.
• If a rank was purchased as a gift, the original buyer (or the recipient, where applicable) can request a transfer within 14 days from the moment of purchase.
• You must contact us via email within the relevant timeframe (see Section 14 for contact details).
• A "rank transfer" means moving a purchased rank from one Minecraft account to another account on our network of servers covered by these Terms.
• Rank transfers are always available in case of a premium name change for the same player.

We may refuse or delay a rank transfer request if it appears abusive, fraudulent or technically impossible.

When you use our Services and/or purchase products from our shop, you may receive marketing emails from us.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Operational or transactional emails (for example, emails about purchases, security, or important updates to these Terms or our policies) may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing emails.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation:

• no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free,
• no guarantee that in-game data (such as items, builds or bases) will be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Our content

All logos, names, website content, branding, designs and other materials we create for the Services are owned by or licensed to 6b6t and its operators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or assets without our prior written permission.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

Your content

When you create or upload content in connection with the Services (for example, builds, in-game chat, posts on our website or media you share with us), you retain any rights you may have in that content.

By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, perform and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote and improve the Services. For example, this includes using screenshots or videos from the server in promotional materials.

You must ensure that any content you create or share does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

That policy is separate from, and in addition to, these Terms. Please read it carefully.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:

• we will post the updated version on https://www.6b6t.org, and
• update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms,
• you engage in behaviour that is clearly harmful to the Services or other users, or
• we are required to do so by technical, security or legal reasons.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless required by our Refund Policy or by applicable law.
