Excessive automated spamming
Spamming with multiple accounts
Illegal content related to children
Doxxing or DDoSing
Advertising proxies/VPNs/other connection methods
Distributing malware or malicious links
Affects both chat and whispers

Allowed

Advertising 6b6t website, Discord servers & projects once every five minutes
If you do not wish to see the messages of players who are not breaking any rules, you can still use
/ignore <player>
