1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Physical Goods (no ranks)
For orders that contain only physical goods and no server ranks:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Refunds are only available if the physical goods in your order have not yet been shipped.
- Once the goods have been shipped, refunds are generally not available, unless required by applicable law.
1.2 Lifetime Ranks (no physical goods)
For orders that contain lifetime ranks only (no physical goods):
- You have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
- After 14 days, lifetime ranks are non-refundable.
1.3 Subscription Ranks (no physical goods)
For subscription-based ranks:
- You have a 14-day refund policy for the first 14 days of the first subscription period.
- After the first 14 days of the initial period, no refunds are available for that period or for any renewal periods.
- You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals, but renewal periods that have already started are generally non-refundable.
1.4 Physical Goods with Lifetime Ranks (bundled)
For orders that include both physical goods and a lifetime rank:
- If you request a refund before the physical goods have been shipped and within 14 days of purchase, we may refund up to 100% of the order in line with the rules above.
- If the physical goods have already been shipped, and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will refund only 50% of the order amount.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, these orders are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
1.5 Physical Goods with Subscription Ranks (bundled)
For orders that include physical goods and a subscription rank:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the physical goods have not yet been shipped.
- Once the physical goods have been shipped, there are no refunds for that order (including the subscription rank), unless required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at . This is the only way to initiate a refund request.
In your email, please include:
- your order confirmation number,
- the email address used for the purchase, and
- a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
3. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that payment processing fees may not be refundable, and the final refund amount may reflect this deduction.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may remove or downgrade associated in-game ranks, items or services while the dispute is being resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable (except where a refund is required by applicable law):
- Lifetime ranks after the 14-day refund period has passed.
- Subscription ranks after the first 14 days of the initial subscription period, and for all renewal periods.
- Digital content that has been delivered or activated beyond the applicable refund window described in Section 1.
- Orders containing physical goods after the goods have been shipped, except as described in Section 1.4 for 50% refunds on lifetime-rank bundles.
- Purchases where the Terms of Service have been violated.
5. Exceptions
In cases where a server or service outage has clearly prevented you from receiving the benefits of your purchase, we may extend the eligibility period for refunds or offer alternative solutions. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do:
- we will post the updated version on https://www.6b6t.org, and
- update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
