• Purchase and transaction information – details about products and ranks you buy (such as item, price, date, and account the rank is linked to). Payment processing itself is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.

We may also receive information if you interact with us through our Discord server or other communities and social channels we operate.

• Provide and operate the Services – run the Minecraft servers, website, shop and Discord, deliver ranks and other digital items to your account, and keep your entitlements working over time.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse – protect the Services from attacks, detect cheating or technical abuse, enforce bans and limits where necessary, and investigate incidents.
• Improve and develop the Services – analyse how players use our Services so we can fix issues, balance gameplay, and plan new features and content.
• Communicate with you – respond to your messages, provide support, send important service updates, and, where applicable, send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time).

Where privacy laws like the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract – for example, to run the server for your account, deliver ranks and other purchases, and provide support.
• Legitimate interests – such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, running analytics and improving the Services in a way that is reasonably expected by players.
