We have programmed Builder Mode in a way so it isn't P2W (pay to win). It automatically disables after you move too far and there's a cooldown.
Create temporary teleporation zones called Hotspots to which anyone can teleport with /hotspot create
In the /hotspot create command, you can specify the duration of the Hotspot. If you don't specify the duration, the maximum duration will be used. The cooldown between creating a new Hotspot is connected to the duration.
